Thank You for Choosing to Stay at A&D Home-stay! 🤩

We truly appreciate your trust in us. Below are the Terms & Conditions for the Security Deposit, which will be refunded subject to the following:

🕒 Check-in & Check-out Time

Check-in: After 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon)

📝 Guest Information

Please fill in your personal details before making any payment to ensure a smooth booking process.

💵 Booking Deposit (RM100.00)

The booking deposit is non-refundable if the guest cancels the reservation. 🤷‍♂

The deposit may also be deducted in case of any damage to property or furniture, or missing items from the homestay. 😥

💡 Care of Electrical Appliances

Please switch off all lights, fans, air-conditioning units, and other electrical appliances before leaving the house. Failure to do so may result in a penalty/deduction. 😥

📜 House Rules

You are required to comply with the house rules provided in the homestay. Non-compliance will lead to a penalty or deduction.

🧹 Cleanliness & Arrangement

Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.

Return any furniture or items moved to their original position, and place all remote controls (including TV remote) back where they belong.

Ensure that there is no rubbish left in the house, and dispose of all garbage in the outdoor trash bin located near the gate. A messy or unclean house may lead to deposit deductions. 🥺🙏

🚫 No Events Allowed

Events or gatherings are strictly not allowed without prior written permission from the homestay management.

✅ Refund of Deposit

The deposit will be refunded by the same evening on the day of check-out, once the house has been inspected and all terms and conditions are met. 🤗
